All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site. 

PAYMENT METHODS:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit Cards and Net Banking.

PRICING, AVAILABILITY AND SEAT CONFIRMATION

After the payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation page or email that must be shown at the event venue to avail your kit.

If you do not receive a confirmation number after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, please get in touch with our customer service department to confirm whether the order has been placed or not. We don’t want you to lose money in case you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.

CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Tickets once sold cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded. Please make sure you check the number of tickets and all other related details before you book your tickets.

DELIVERY

Email confirmation:

Your booking confirmation will be sent via email. This confirmation needs to be printed and shown at the ticket counter to get a physical ticket.

SMS confirmation:

Your booking confirmation will be sent via an SMS. The SMS details need to be shown at the ticket counter to get a physical ticket.

In all of the above options, you will need to produce the credit or debit card used to purchase the tickets for picking up the tickets at the venue. If the card user is not picking up the tickets herself/himself, an authorisation with the photocopy of this card signed by the cardholder needs to be produced. The signature on the card will be matched against the one used for authorisation.

    Rules and regulations:

  1. The event is Jointly organized by Confluence Integrated Services P. Ltd., Candid Communications and Universal Corporation Limited.
  2. Timings will be recorded through electronic method (Timing chip).
  3. Only Indian nationals or residents in India are eligible to participate in this event.
  4. Minor's registration (below 16 years of age), declaration has to be signed by parent / guardian.
  5. Both 2km & 5km runs are open for participants of 4 years and above (Born on or before 24, March 2014).
  6. Both 2km & 5km runs are competitive and electronic timing chip will be given to all participants.
  7. Prizes will be given to Top 3 in both the categories in all the 3 age groups mentioned below:
    • 2km (4-16 years and 18+)
    • 5km (8-16 years and 18+)
    • 5km (NGO’s)
  8. To determine finishing time, the run of each participant team, the slower person’s time will be considered.
  9. Run timing will be recorded on Mat-to-Mat basis i.e. your timing starts/stops when you cross start/finish line.
  10. Registrations will close on Friday 16 th March 2018 at 12 noon or when the maximum limit of Running Places are filled in, whichever is earlier.
  11. Age group of the participant will be selected automatically depending on the Date of Birth at the time of registration.
  12. Participant must upload/submit copy of his ID proof for age verification.
  13. BIBs will be distributed on 23rd and 24th March between 11am to 8pm. Venue to be informed by SMS and EMAIL to all participants.
  14. The participant will have to collect the BIB from the selected BIB Distribution Centre only and within the defined period. No request for change will be entertained.
  15. Participant must bring below documents for collecting the BIB: - Online - SMS received after successful registration or Print out of Confirmation Email. - Offline - receipt received after submitting the form - Authority Letter for collecting the BIB of any other participant.
  16. The BIB allotted to the participant is non-transferable and request for cancellation and thereby, refund will not be entertained.
  17. The BIB properly pinned at 4 corners on the front of your T-shirt is compulsory, without which a participant will not be allowed to take part in the event.
  18. Finisher Medal will be given to each participant in all distance categories after finishing the run. It is compulsory to show BIB for collecting the finisher Medal.
  19. The decision of the JURY will be final and binding.
  20. Please follow our website on www.duracell.in/durathon for important updates and event photographs.
  21. The event organiser reserves the right to modify the Date, Venue, Distance, Race Start time and any other details related to this event at any given point of time.
  22. All participants will be duly informed by SMS, Email on contact details provided by the participant in case of any change. Organiser shall not be deemed responsible in case of any delay of communicating due to technical reasons or unclear contact details provided by the participant.
  23. Participant indemnifies the Organiser, Sponsors, Crew, Partners, staff or any other person from management from any financial or social loss, mishap, damage caused by any unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond the purview of organizer, sponsor, crew, partner, staff.
  24. No parking space will be made available for Participants or anyone. All participants are requested to avoid vehicles. All parking related matters to be handled by the participants at their end, cost and risk.
